    Start by emailing me with a brief overview of the support you’re looking for.


    I’ll review your needs and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

  • 2. Discovery Call

    We’ll schedule a short, friendly call to talk through your business, priorities and the areas where you need support.


    This helps me understand your workload, challenges and how I can help most effectively.

  • 3. Personalised Proposal

    After our call, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining:


    • The support recommended
    • The retainer or ad-hoc structure that fits your needs
    • Estimated hours
    • Start date and onboarding steps

    Once approved, I’ll send over your service agreement and first invoice.

  • 4. Onboarding

    To make the transition smooth, I’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process, which may include:


    • Sharing access (email, calendar, tools, etc.)
    • Completing an onboarding form
    • Confirming your priorities
    • Setting communication expectations
    • Scheduling your weekly or monthly working pattern (for retainers)

    Everything is organised, secure and clearly laid out.

  • 5. Getting to Work

    Once onboarding is complete, I begin supporting your business — either weekly (retainers) or as needed (ad-hoc).


    You’ll receive consistent communication, updates and complete visibility over tasks and progress.

  • 6. Ongoing Support & Review

    For retainer clients, we’ll check in regularly to review workload, adjust priorities and keep everything running smoothly.


    You’ll always know what’s being worked on and what’s coming next.
